Facing off against American Griffin Colapinto, Dora showcased electrifying aerials, fierce rail work, and unwavering strategic mastery with his Signature Dakine Traction Pad under foot to secure his first world title with a total of 15.66 over Colapinto’s 12.33.

Setting the Tone —and the Champion’s Mindset

Scoring a 7.33 on his opening wave, Dora set the tone early with sharp, surgical turns. He sealed the deal with a show-stopping 8.33, delivering just enough to stay ahead of a late challenge from Colapinto—who had previously upset top contenders Italo Ferreira and Jordy Smith.

Reflecting on his victory amid the scenic Fijian arena, Dora said:
